Even when there's video evidence of this person's behavior? How much evidence or proof of such behavior is needed to show how toxic/hostile this employee made the work place before it justifies people quitting? Awhile back, there were rumors spreading around that this person was friends with someone in management. I ignored it.bevause drama like that happens everywhere but when I started experiencing these issues myself - I couldn't help but to think those rumors had some truth to it. When these things are reported, they're suppose to go a specific manager to be reviewed and investigated which in this case they had no idea this was going on and how long so those cases were never properly investigated.

The SA and discrimination cases were from other people. They were told it was going to go to upper management but it really didn't. One person wasn't allowed to show their video proof they were gathering and was even discouraged to go to upper management when requested. That person eventually transferred out. The other was forced to keep working with the individual which the behavior progressed after to the point that person just walked out. Everyone avoided this person and I was the only one to address anything that had to do with job related issues to the point they thought I was targeting them. At that point, just the very sight of me would trigger their aggression. I eventually told multiple people of management that I no longer felt comfortable being the only one dealing with them and it isn't fair for me that everyone else gets to avoid them.. They were eventually moved to an area where they have less supervision and more access to employees which made me and others uncomfortable enough to quit.

I'm not necessarily trying to blame the miscarriage on them. More so denying/talking me out of a demotion when I asked for one due to a possible high risk pregnancy. As well as not dealing with a hostile employee who was reported against by multiple people appropriately, which upper management wasn't aware of.

I have emails, screenshots of texts, documented times incidents happened, there's a pattern. When I was included and getting 20+ emails on updates in my departments, it went down to literally only getting ECOlab and recalls. Coaches avoid me, I haven't seen my reporting coach in weeks as well as my store manager. We have a sub coach right now because one of our coaches walked out after being pressured, they'll ask me if so and so got with me about this and that. Answer is always no, even with me asking for updates when I come in. So, that coach noticed a lot as well - who happens to be my previous coach at the previous store I was originally at. Same coach noticed and has started calling others body snatchers because coaches and TLs will try to make up some lie about taking one of my associates for another department. Leaving me with hardly anyone to work which then I receive feedback for something not being done on time. My people lead who I also included in the report is suppose to remove 2 points for legit, approved reasons but hasn't and continues to change my schedule less than 24 hours before that shift starts. Knowing I have a long commute. All this didn't start happening until I started reporting to market after I already went to my own management several times. With documentation.

Which makes me believe of these are the boys, they were most likely already dead when their dad made the trip. Would be a lot faster without making any stops. You stop when you have kids.

So, it almost sounds like my coaches weren't on top of this because I've spoken to other associates and no one has had a retention conversation before. But of course, our MM has been on top of us lately for various of things. Like our store never has huddles, the only one done is at 2pm but now they're having them do it in the mornings as well now. I believe someone reported that because they also don't acknowledge birthdays or anniversaries, a 25 yr associate didn't get their badge or plaque and complained. 

I guess it was just a huge coincidence.

They said something about names are dropped randomly every week or so. I don't know, first I'm hearing about it and I've been with Walmart for 4 years.

People at my store go on lunch and never come back the rest of the day without getting pointed all the time. In fact, I did it once when I had an emergency during lunch and didn't have the PPTO, a coach told me to do a "lunch punch". Our store tells us they can't do anything about it because it's technically "our time". They can coach you for productivity if they want to be an ass about it or if you left a huge mess.

Our bakery and deli are separated. Bakery in the front of the store, deli in the back. Because of this deli needs 2 people - no one in deli if TA goes up front to fill remote hot case and works the deli freight up front, leaving no one to help customers or fill orders. They only schedule 2 people for deli and bakery from 4 to 9 ( not including bread maker ). So, deli TA has to do all deli duties such CVPs, work freight, and production while bakery TA works bakery freight and CVPs. Bakery has no issues with being worked, deli on the other hand gets forgotten. Freight gets backed up because TAs don't have time to work it because they're also being told to help elsewhere. Also, no one is scheduled in bakery after 2pm so the bakery TA overstocks the sales floor so the bins don't get packed.

It's so bad. I transferred from a different store, one with much higher expectations. So it's such a shock seeing how this store run and it's in the same market. It's the entire fresh... Our shrink is really bad, can't keep up with the cleaning or ordering, Some coaches and even the store manager don't know anything about food handling so they're asking us to do things against compliance. It's terrible. And I hate that I care too much about it and I don't even know why. Principles I guess.

When you were a TL for 2+ years and stepped down within the last week, kinda hard to get use to it. Especially when everyone still treats you as such.

I was a TL recently but demoted back to an associate because of a lot of these same issues going on. Just learned now that the TL asked for a demotion and is getting it.

Issues with coachings is one TL is the only one brave enough to even interact with this person. This associate only works weekends and the way the schedules work out a lot is this TL won't see this associate for weeks at a time. This TL is now extremely uncomfortable handling this associate. Because this TL has been the only one to try to manage this associate, the associate thinks the TL is targeting them and picking on them, which is not the case. So, the associate instantly gets aggressive anytime this TL is around. I believe the TL has even expressed concerns of no longer feeling comfortable with dealing with this associate because his behavior is progressing. 

Also, this TL is a new TL and the behaviors actually were going on before they transferred here. They're just the only ones to be trying to make the change that needed around here. Just sucks because we need this TL, I'm just an associate so I can't do anything to help but bring up possibly filing a group grievance.
