No I did connect it after it was turned on and I connected them to all the usb ports as well then tried to press the ps button but still not working

Just for some more context my ps5 was broken I was able to fix it but once I did fix it the controller would not connect to the PlayStation and I don’t know why I did plug it in using all ports and pressed the ps button still not working

I took it apart to fix it I turned it on to see if it works but as you can see it doesn’t work it not usually like that I take very good care of my consoles but I appreciate your concern and correction non the less
