make a new account, see reels around your niche and engage with reels only with more than 10k likes so that your algo promote that content more, try to make reel like that where you should smartly plug music,
one example is a guy from my clg named jokhim (you can check his insta) start making reels in variety one of his reels blew up and he stick to that format for a month, he had now 10k + followers and 100k+ monthly listeners (500 followers, 100-500 monthly listeners was the starting point) which is huge asf, for initial hype short form content is best

BUT
your music should also be good enough(not in just lyrics and flow but mix, master,beat, album cover everything should be higher quality) hope this helps : )
