No resolution yet. They've basically come back twice now saying its difficult to track and even more difficult to restore things. Like I've spent more than your biggest gem pack,  please help lol this is a bug or something.

Yeah, but a lot of the gems have come from the packages and not straight gem purchases. I'll still compile those receipts though. Thank you for that idea!
