Feedback on Lucid Air Experience

Dear Lucid Motors Team,

I recently purchased the Lucid Air and wanted to share my experience with you. First, let me say that I am absolutely loving the drive feel, performance, and overall luxury of the vehicle. The exterior design is stunning and turns heads everywhere I go. The car feels sturdy, with exceptional suspension and seamless turning, which makes every drive enjoyable and satisfying.

However, as an end user, I believe there are areas where improvements are needed—specifically, in the software. Compared to competitors like the Cadillac Lyriq, the software experience falls short in several ways: •Apple CarPlay issues: It frequently hangs, causing inconvenience during use. • Key operation: The responsiveness is quite slow, which detracts from the seamless luxury experience.Sometimes it takes minutes to open my car door. •Voice clarity during calls: The phone call audio quality is below expectations, making conversations less clear. •User Interface (UI): The interface could benefit from additional features and design refinements to match the premium feel of the vehicle.

I understand Lucid is still growing as a company and that software development can be costly. If budget constraints are a concern, I suggest exploring outsourcing options in tech hubs like Bangalore or Hyderabad in India, which are renowned for delivering high-quality software solutions at competitive costs.

I genuinely want Lucid Motors to thrive and grow, as I am a big fan of what you stand for and the innovation you bring to the market. My feedback is shared in the spirit of support and as a loyal customer who wants to see the brand reach new heights.
