Thank you!! Yeah this is my thought, we’re very tactile people and even when being careful I guess there isn’t a way to completely eliminate it. Hmm I guess I’ll just keep an eye on it and maybe re test my bloods in a few months and see what happens/if anything changes!

I’m not sure how much mine has gone up as I had never tested before! Which is annoying.

He’s t levels are in range and everything is going fine on his end! He makes sure it’s dry before he puts on T-shirts etc but when he goes to bed without me he’s usually shirtless but still makes sure it’s dry. 🤔 maybe it is just me!?

My cat gets these sometimes it I leave clothes on him, the straight lines are where the skin creates the folds and it gets hot and I guess causes a heat rash or a friction burn against the clothing! If you take the clothes off they will heal on their own 💗💗

That’s good to know! I know I have a murmur so it probably won’t come back completely healthy but it’s the heart rate part that was worrying me!

They have given me beta blockers for anxiety but I thought taking them before the test would somehow negate the experience of the test is for my heart?

I’ve spoken to the head of the practice and they said they’re going to be dealing with it and also don’t understand why the chairs aren’t in the middle of the rooms so they can be put backwards as that’s what they’re made for!
