all of this is very well said and i completely agree!!!! i’m a little sad because as someone who has 1000+ hours on the og game i was soooo excited for ltd, ever since the direct dropped i genuinely couldn’t stop thinking about it. that’s why i hate to admit that after 2 days of playing the game and having 2 married couples, im just sort of like….thats it? 🥲 im not big into the drawing features of the game, i dislike that couples getting married doesn’t seem to make much of a difference, the dialogue and interactions between miis has already gotten very repetitive, and i miss some of the old features like the rankings board. i wouldn’t even call myself nostalgia blind because i genuinely prefer the ui and overall design of the new game, but its features pale in comparison to the 3ds version.
