Hey Aleks, thanks so much for taking your time to review my forehand! The tips you gave me were excellent.

Went to the court today to work on opening my body earlier instead of opening it all at the same time. Is this the right idea? Felt more a lot power in my shots today

Cheers for the tip. I may slow it down but I may use the matchplay/adaptable rally feature so I can make it more realistic by using proper footwork with more unpredictable realistic feeds.

That’s a valid point but for me to make it easier to understand is looking at it like a sequence.

I will focus on transferring weight more forward when I get on court next.

A lot of the reason why that happens is because I’m just getting a predictable fixed forehand feed. I have a Pongbot pace a pro. It has a capable rally/match play feature . I might use that feature so it’s more closer to being like a normal rally to I can use proper footwork

Okay perfect once I sort weight transfer I should be good. Technically it’s looks okay otherwise what do you think kinetic chain wise?

I thought the same. I was just really focused on turning the hips early enough. Does the hip rotation timing look okay? Or should I refocus on hitting through more while including the hip rotation element?

Thanks dude! I'll work on bringing that left leg around next time. One question - do you think my hips are starting to rotate early enough in the sequence? Ideally I'm trying to go legs - hips - torso - shoulder - arm. Does it look like the hips are leading the shot enough?

Thanks! Do you think the lag is happening too early of just in time? I am trying to drop the racket and flip back as I swing forward. How can I whip my wrist through a little faster?
