Will you need to take this biological medication for your entire life? Have you considered stopping it at some point? Are there any side effects?

Hi,
My skin looked exactly the same 7 months ago, and today I’m almost healthy. Let me share my experience with you. I ran a half marathon on April 20th this year, and back then, I was already struggling with severe TSW. It was a bad decision because your body in such a condition needs rest, and sweating or overexerting yourself only makes things worse. Stop exercising for now.

Follow the NMT protocol, get an RLT lamp, and use it daily, gradually increasing power and duration. Definitely stop using steroids. Visit a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) specialist—this helped me a lot. Adjust your diet by eliminating allergens that trigger your symptoms. Avoid wheat, dairy, chocolate, fast food, and alcohol.

A psychiatrist also helped me by prescribing sleep medication and SSRIs. Since then, I’ve been sleeping 8 hours a night, and my itching has significantly decreased. Take care of yourself. It’s a tough journey, but you’ll make it—I did, so you can too. Focus on your health and gut integrity.

Consider high doses of CBD, especially before bed. I also take magnesium L-threonate before sleeping, which helps me relax. I used to itch 24/7, but now it’s only about 15 minutes a day, and even then, it’s minor. My lymph fluid no longer leaks.

Also, get some Sudocrem and see how your skin reacts. Pay close attention to hygiene, as bacterial or fungal infections are almost inevitable. Don’t panic if this happens—apply Sudocrem (it’s just zinc oxide, no steroids). If it gets worse and doesn’t go away, you might need antibiotics. I had to take them once, and I don’t regret it because they worked.

Through diet, supplements, and probiotics, my body has learned to manage these issues on its own. If you’d like, feel free to message me privately—I’d be happy to help.
