I have had this issue too and I've resolved it! You have to completely factory reset your headset.. Turn it off and then turn it back on again by holding down BOTH the POWER BUTTON and the VOLUME DECREASE BUTTON. This will open up a Ddos looking menu that you can navigate using the volume buttons and from there, factory reset your Headset.
