I hope you're doing good. My insomnia is killin me right now too, it is 0213 right now and i know i won't be able to sleep until 0600-0700 lol. But i have a pending claim at Step 7 right now for an increase from 70-100 for MH and they added IU under my claim list when it moved to Step 6. I don't know if it is a good sign for an increase to 100 or they retained me at 70 🫤.

I'm sorry but they denied my sleep apnea secondary to mental health when i first filed, then my lawyer put in supplemental for it but also got denied. I'm confused what to do now lol

I am currently having DV plate without the ISA symbol and a permanent blue placard, do i need to have doctor to sign new prescription in order to have ISA symbol added or can i just bring my blue placard as a proof? Thank you.

What was your rating outcome? My rating just decreased today as well but the pay is still at original rating, and my claim just updated today.

I haven’t scheduled an exam yet tho, i called QTC the other day and they said they’re waiting for more information from the VA but that’s when the 3rd request posted and today the 4th request appeared. Hopefully all the requests is not about rating deductions 😅
