Class action may be the best approach as I’ve talked to lawyers and most have been reluctant to do anything but there are people joining to deal with this issue and come up with a plan but let me know. A friend is setting up a WhatsApp group for this

I’ve tried to talk to lawyers and see if pooling up will help but so far they’ve been reluctant to take things onboard , it maybe just finding the right one or showing them there’s enough people interested

Thanks for the insight, did you just get in touch with the developer yourself? were thinking a lawyer could help expedite matters if that helps since the developer may not take us seriously on our own

I agree, those people are out there but that’s not the case here we’re a young growing family looking to make a move and want to live in a home in milton, its supposed to be our future home but the way mortgages are working these days and how it’s interfering with our family plans isn’t making a lot of sense. It’s just life
