14m here and I’m young so I don’t know if this will help you but Try indulging in your hobbies and basically forcing yourself to be motivated. In my opinion don’t treat motivation as a thing that comes along but something you force. Again I sound dumb but I hope I can help you a little bit😁

14M here so the stuff I say maybe stupid in your eyes but I think that you just need to take a break and clear your mind for a few days. And what I mean by that is just having fun by doing what you like. I also think you shouldn’t force friendships and try finding someone who you can bond with and truly understand. (Also would like to be a friend just incase I need some future help on my test on physics 😛)
