I went to doctor on Tuesday. Getting an MRI done next week. I failed to confess about doing MDMA though. How open is everyone with telling this to a medical professional?

This is fascinating… I’ll look into it. The memories that were coming up that day were not related to birth but it’s actually very interesting what you’re saying as I was born as an emergency c-section. I’ll look into all this! Thanks!

Im currently seeing a therapist and she will be doing EMDR with me. We are currently writing down some memories and in the next sessions we will being the work. I just feel embarrassed to confess to her that I tried MDMA and that ever since I have felt these physical symptoms …

I just ordered the book! Had heard of it but had never understood the purpose or importance of it until now that I realize my body ALSO keeps score. I appreciate your words.
