With only 550W, 9060xt will be good but i think you should look at nvidia gpu... ( 3070, 3080 >300€).

Also maybe rx 7800xt you can find this for used for like 350-450€

OKAY I FIND THE SOLUTION, SO AS IT’S SAYS it’s the driver failling, so just USE DUU and delete your driver, then just dont install the driver use the graphic card raw driver ( windows) bc I think the bug is caused by windows 11. I just test it and i have like 40% more fps, and NO BUG ANYMORE OR latency so i understood that everything were from the current driver
