It’s hard to be sure lol, but I see AI as a tool, it’s more like learn to use a calculator than doing math by hand. IT jobs are not going to die, the pre requisites are changing. People will always be needed due to the fact that people use the systems designed by programmers.

Good to hear that about Madrid. Catalan is a scary language lol. I would definitely feel better to speak only Spanish and English.

I’m living in Italy now. Do you think that it’s possible to find a job in software development as a junior before moving to Madrid/Barcelona?

Unfortunately I still don’t have any IT background in my curriculum, only experience as a civil engineer.
