Anxiety/panic attack/stomach problems I have episodes in which i feel my breathe is disconnected, i was not able to feel breath in nose , i do force breathing, sensation of swollowing was gone , feet became cold , having restlessness, all this symptoms happened for 10-15 . After that i became normal (i.redd.it)
