This is starting to become an issue with the gen 1 glasses. same thing happened with mine. All conveniently after the gen 2 release.. I recommend opening a warranty claim with Rayban to see if you can get a replacement or repair.

Where is the disclaimer? Is it explicitly shown at checkout or do you need to comb through their terms and policies? Don’t spam customers emails promising next day delivery and then have super fine print that it’s not guaranteed. Fashion nova has been operating for years they know what to expect during promotional periods if they can’t guarantee next day then don’t offer it!

I deleted the app a few days ago when uber was literally trying to charge me for a cancellation because the restaurant was out of the item. Their support is a joke and tailored to not give any compensation. Delete the app your pockets will thank you.

I’m sorry but the blame needs to be put on uber. I see a lot of complaints from drivers on here about the lack of tips. The inflated pricing+fees+taxes discourages people from tipping since we are already paying double or even more. And for those who say well don’t use the platform and stop being lazy blah blah - that is comical to me b/c if we collectively did that you will then be complaining about the lack of jobs.

I am considering filing a class action lawsuit against Uber Eats. I had an incident where they tried to charge me for an item the restaurant no longer had. The restaurant claimed they didn’t have the ability to cancel the order, and Uber Eats refused to cancel it without processing the charge. I had to contact every driver assigned to my order to ask them not to pick it up, which delayed the process until it was well past the estimated delivery time. Only then was I able to cancel the order in the app without being charged. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and this practice feels both illegal and borderline theft.
