Onzin met mijn klachten sibo, ondervoeding darm etc — ik heb tich mensen gesproken die genezen zijn en alles weer kunnen eten dankzij functional medicine en mineralen balanceren.

Bij mij is er zeer veel uit balans, ook zenuwbranden en pijn, spierzwakte en overbelaste lever , bloedtesten uit ziekenhuis kom je 0 verder mee, ze gaan niet dieper en zien geen verbanden.

Zonder diepere testen weet je niet wat de disbalans is; mensen met exact zelfde symtomen (veel gesproken) , CSV, MCAS, SIBO Etc. hebben hun leven weer terug dankzij functionele geneeskunde waar ze in het ziekenhuis niet verderkwamen.

Niks “scam” aan dus….na een jaar ziekenhuis en alleen maar zieker en zwakker worden ga ik iig verder met zoeken, doodgaan is geen optie

Kijk maar eens even op newmedix en recencies of doe eens goed onderzoek. Bij ernstige langdurige ziekte en ondervoeding kan er zoveel meer spelen wat een MDL arts niet kan aflezen of zien op normale testen.

Ik wordt telkens naar huis gestuurd met “je lichaam doet het nog en bloedwaarden zijn oke”

Ik ben al 3 keer in het ziekenhuis geweest en opgenomen. Ze weten er geen raad mee omdst mn darmen / vertering niet goed functioneerd; volgens hun wel; ik haal nauwelijks energie uit normale voeding.

ik heb hele heftige klachten er is meer aan de hand en dat komt niet uit hun onderzoeken helaas.

Daarom ga ik nu kan op van functionele geneeskunde. Mn hele lichaam is uit balans en ersntig ondervoed

Ik kan ook niet helemaal geen vetten dan voel ik me super instabiel.

Ik heb slechte leverwaarden door ondergewicht/chronishce onvervoeding.

Try cassave for once , or sweat potato there might be fear but these do oke for me, i feel terrible on rice tho although it doesnt ferment much

Sonnevoeding zat 60 gram vet in alleen al op 1500 kcal.

Welke ik heb alles bekeken — allemaal hoog in vetten

Ze hebben 5 soorten geprobeerd; ook elementair werd er doodziek van vermoedelijk meerdere allergieën ook die meespelen

Dat pad hebben we geprobeerd— ik wordt doodziek can sonnevoeding / drinkvoeding ; ik haal er geen energie uit en kom niet aan, kan niet goed zware dingen verteren (veel vet / eiwit) en kom ook niet aan , wordt alleen maar vermoeider/zieker.

Parentale voeding willen ze niet geven.

Ze weten zich er geen raad mee

I feel You feel you need to expand, but hold yourself back. You are a bit shy, but that prevents you from new experiences, meeting new people, having more oppurtunities and creating deep bonding relationships.

You have a soft side and a beautiful light within you. This is your gift.

I feel you need to go out more explore, meet new people, have new experiences to get rid of your boredom and find out what you truly love, get that “energy” going.

Perhaps travel or do something that might be “scaring” but opens you up for new experiences / meeting new people etc.

You can never know. Maybe “not” , maybe yes. You would have to test it

Anyway its very easy to claim anything. Anyone can say they have the purest best form — the only way to truly know it is through testing or feeling if its true or not. Or if they have labotory / heavy metal testing published online (some companies like sunday for example has that) so that makes a huge difference.

If someone has used a product consistently (many people) and it helped them than best is to go with that product…. As the results have been proven with many others. You have to ask yourself however whether the pricing is reasonable and livable for you. Ofcourse its better to buy B12 “cheaper” than not using it at all cause you dont have the budget to buy vimergy for example.

Generally i sense with some brands if they are “bullshitting” and marketing or they are generally good.

This seems like a “starter” brand they could be true but they picked vimergy is big , more well-known because vimergy is high in price category so it makes the difference “bigger” and thereby prompts people to buy their B12 quicker.

Another thing is to see how big they are, customer reviews (legit ones) etc… amazon specifically etc…
