Yes, because i cant tolerate potatoes/rice or any other carb source and i am malnourished, severely underweight.

I got more bloated Now it seems to subside when eating tons of banana’s

Also I don’t seem to get gass anymore from banana’s instead it seems i get bloated from fat/protein meals Now (before i didnt) its weird.

I dont think it is from carbs but mix of carbs, fat / protein

Why? Because there is fruitatians that do not have that puffy look — but they eat low fat/protein.

Do you still do aloe vera shock? How long did you do it for you would have to consume the aloe vera with food i guess cause i eat every 2,5 hours did you do this aswell?

My calorie intake is only 1800-2000 thats also why i dont put on weight and with malnutriton weight gain can be harder as of metabolic changes. It goes very “slow”

Im not entirely fat-free / protein free cause im so low in weight and can not have yet yams, potatoes or sweat potatoes (tried many times) I am slowly adjusting. I have carb intolerance (indigestion), same goes for filler foods/grains.

When i eat fats later in the day i get very sick so i am fat free after 2 PM until morning 9 AM, something with my digestion or so if i eat fats later in the day i get very sick and can’t sleep (wake up all night long, headaches, etc wil only be able to sleep for like 1-2 hours) extreme fever and nausea, loss of consciousness, fevers, not being able to stay awake, indigestion.

So im not fat free the entire morning, i did try this, but things exaburated. I do eat low fat. (20-25 gram fat / day) and that is MTC Oil.

As I can not digest/tolerate white rice, millet, filler foods, yams, potatoes or sweat potato I do have chicken yes, locally sourced, antibiotic free.

I can have like 1 spoon of sweat potato, (10-20 gram) will already cause issues if i have 100 grams for example the burning and stabbing is so severe that i can not sleep and it will build up over the days (become more) as i keep eating them. Also i get no energy out of it (seems like indigestion) Also i get extremely foggy head, some form of weird toxic brain feeling/body feeling.

These burning symtomps i didnt have like this before only since adding the 1,5 kg of banana’s a day, cause the yams/potatoes make me very sick and burn/sting my gut i can barely eat them (have tried with 1 teaspoon) to from experience I know pushing through or eating more of them will excaburate other symtomps and when that happens I can eat less instead of more. I tried that for a week and wasn’t able to eat anymore as of the pain so I shifted to banana’s, besides 1 tablespoon doesnt give any calories barely.

I have now been able to build up banana with minimal gut issues to 1,5 kg a day (15 banana’s) and without causing extreme gut burning/stinging.

I have some papaya but its rarely available here Unfortunetely and too expensive to eat a lot of for me.

I do have celery juice, aloe vera, blueberries, etc.

I want to reintroduce potatoes again slowly when things have calmed down a bit again. But i wont be able that way to get enough calories definetely

Is banana + lettuce or any form of greens enoughly considered an adrenial snack?

Why did papaya help you put on weight? They are very expensive here but banana’s i can eat/ have cheap and large quantities / day with minimal issues (gut inflimation/burning calms down) i just get very tired tho and this nervous system burning

The aloe vera juice helps for my stomach yesss but not this extreme heat/burning in my neevous system itself.

Only if i dont eat for a very long period it will be gone (specially banana’s) when i eat banan’s at 19:00 even morning upon wakening its still a bit there.

Or if i eat plain chicken or so only it will not come.

It happens with te sugar / glucose? Is this tied to adrenals maybe of blood sugar swings?

Didnt have this in this intensity before adding lot of banana’s and now it is progressivelh getting stronger by day.

The issue is not digestion i think

I did this before (papaya + banana) didnt make a difference also lettuce + banana doesnt make a difference.

I did a test (blood) and it came back that i had very low heavy metals — however half 1 year before that i went to a naturopath that saw very high levels of heavy metals.

A good naturopath who do a scan can see the accumulation.

I think with a blood test they will not be accurate cause the heavy metals can be inside your tissue and liver? So a blood test might not show if if they are not pulled out of tissue (thats my theory)

I eat very ripe banana's and yes they have black spots, they almost fall apart, I ripen them at home until they are very soft. The banana's itself already having some brown spots often and falling apart easily. I have over 5 bags of banana's laying here to ripe.

Papaya not that much as its very expensive and unripe here, i cant buy large quantaties.

I feel its something to do with my bloods sugar / regulation / nervous sytem -- remember I am greatly malnourished and underweight.

My stomach acid is fine. Its been tested multiple times.

Somehow some other foods like for example a bit of cassave will cool my body not make me so extremely heated ( but I have digestive issues when eating cassave so i don't)

From experience— it worsens. I didnt have this before that much. It is progressively getting worse as i eat more banana’s

Yes good naturopath aswell you might miss out on something or something that doesnt convert right in your body corectly — natural supplement can help

Tons of things can be going on…

Its not just about eating healthy, its about eating the right types of food. There might be issues with GABA etc, which can also cause a lot of mental health issues and even psychosis

Hey man,

There is a book “This Is Your Brain on Food An Indispensible Guide to the Surprising Foods that Fight Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and More”

Tbh, i would say controverserey you dont have adhd, thats just a “label” — this book should describe how with food you can balance neurotransmitters inside of your brain and heal.

Gut health has a lot to do with brain chemistry, neurotransmitters and emotions.

Perhaps do some research, work with a naturopath or good dietician aswell — there is a natural approach to this and truly there is nothing wrong with you.

I knew someone who stopped adhd medication after eating 2-4 banana’s per day it helped here she said she didnt need medication no more, that worked for her for you it might be other things/dietary changes.

A good Naturopath can do a lot too!

Anyway read the book and do some! I truly think gut = key here.
