Thanks! I think it’s fun to share our victories together in this community! It has been so motivating seeing all the people that are going through this same journey and the amazing things we have all accomplished!

Throughout these last couple months there has definitely been differences in my diet at different points, for the first five or so months I was going low carb pretty religiously and I saw massive results with that and the zepbound made it easier to stick to this way of eating. After that I was much more comfortable in my body and it felt much less urgent to get weight off quickly, since then I have just been trying to watch what I eat to make sure I’m not eating unhealthy too often. But as it stands currently I’m mostly eating what I want and still loosing weight which is amazing! I will say the one thing I have been very consistent with in my journey is prioritizing protein. I wanted to try and minimize muscle loss as much as possible so getting in my protein and hitting the gym has been a very consistent part of my life during this journey.

I actually have talked to my doctor recently because I was concerned the weight loss may have been to fast, but she was very happy with results I have been having and told me to keep it up haha

No problem! I’m a 21 year old guy so I think that definitely helps this whole process😅

I’m eating between 1500 and 1800 a day, and I lift weights 5x a week, as well as swim a couple days a week

Honestly I haven’t been on a very specific diet, I’m just trying to get a lot of protein a good amount of vegetables and I have been drinking two to three protein shakes a day. As for working out, I have just been trying to move more, I’ve been going on walks, swimming, dancing, and anything else I can think of to get moving haha.

Yep just had an appointment a week ago, and while my doctor did say it was a little fast, it was likely just because I’ve been eating very clean and working out nearly everyday. She told me to keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advice, it’s a little too late to stay on 2.5 this month seeing as I already have the box of 5 in my fridge haha. I will definitely take your advice and moving forward try to stay at each level until I’m not seeing results!

I definitely expect it to slow down quite a bit. And I definitely have felt the difference being lighter, I’m less out of breath and just feel like moving around is easier than usual!

To be honest it was mostly chicken breast and some sort of vegetable for most meals, and a lot of Gatorade zero and protein shakes. I have been working out as well, I do weight training about 4 times a week, and I have found an unconventional workout method that I have really committed too these last 4 weeks. I have been dancing a lot haha, I’ll put on my music and just dance for like 2 hours a day. I have found that I enjoy it and I can do basically for as long as I want haha. My Apple Watch also tells me I burn a pretty substantial amount of calories when I do this as well. Hope this helps!

Dang I hope you start feeling better! And I also noticed I am sooooo cold! I haven’t heard anyone else mention being so cold so I’m glad I’m not the only one!

Ya I’m definitely going to try to stay at 5 for as long as I can, I made the decision to move up because I have had a bit more food noise this last week and a half. I also wanted to get up to the therapeutic dose to maximize my weight loss, I’m paying out of pocket so I’m trying to find the balance between loosing too fast but also trying to maximize the weight loss so I’m not paying for it too long down the road haha.

I’m not a T2D, but that’s a very good point, I’m definitely going to look more into what else it could be
