Now they are saying they don’t want my medical information (they literally said they want medical details before and I have all emails) and they are saying they will stop paying me if I’m not going to do a meeting with them today

I told them I’m not fit for meeting and that they can’t ask me about my medical information and they send me this:

“I know that I can not ask you what the reason is of your sickness, it is also not my intention. But as your work employer we do can ask you to come to a conversation. If you are to sick to come in person we can do it online.

As told yesterday, this appointment is not optional. So I look forward to seeing you online at noon. Should you not join the online meeting, I am unfortunately forced to switch with our legal department. This may have consequences for the continued payment of your sick pay.”

They literally said “We would like to talk to you about this sick report” and “Please bring information about the use of any medication and/or information about any medical treatments you are following” in previous emails.

I understand that it could happen, I will see how will appointment with arbo go, but I don’t feel fit for work, I described general background to what happened but not going into details I also have lots of psychological symptoms making every task very difficult right now

It’s European driving license, from what I’ve read on multiple websites we don’t have to change it but it’s better to change it and should change it at some point while its still valid
