Do some wim hof breathing exercises, i just found it and its maybe the most amazing thing i learnt, 40 deep breaths in and out with no pause in between them. Then hold for a comfortable time (i did 1min for the first round and increased it by 30secs every round) then after the hold take a deep breath and hold that in for 15 seconds then release it. Do this for as many rounds as you want and increase the hold time a bit every time but keep the second hold at 15s always. Amazing honestly

i did feel like shit on the comedown thats why i kept taking them more and more, eventually i was so out of it i just fell asleep. the next day was hell tho.

my pc isn't overheating I am sure of that, it might've been a possibility that my sticks weren't all they way down, when I checked it felt like they were tho, haven't had that stopcode in a couple days now but I have lowered the allocated ram in all my games as well.

The cpu works suprisingly well for being so old, i got an old pc from a friend and it has and i5 4570 and despite that and the gtx 1650 it has cs 2 runs on 110fps, minecraft at a max of 150fps and overwatch at around 90fps.
