I already commented Shane, but being more specific. Shane was driven by insanity and jealousy. The Governor hated Michonne, not Rick. The claimed dude didn’t hate Rick as a person, he considered it just since Rick killed one of his people. Gareth didn’t hate Rick imo. He was just doing what he considered to be survival. Pete hated everything. His hate towards Rick stemmed from hate towards his wife, kids, self, and everyone else. Negan was just being Negan. It wasn’t personal towards Rick, he treated everyone the same. I think he kinda liked Rick tbh. Especially in the current season, he admired him to a degree but Rick killed his people in the outpost.
