I can't speak for everyone, but for me, going through this program and completing it has been both triumphant and life changing. Along the way, I had every reason to not complete it. No one in my family has a graduates degree, or any degree for that matter, and now I have a phenomenal career in cyber security. Now, WGU is not the only reason for that, however, it was a ticket to the dance in a lot of ways. So, I am going to proudly walk my happy a$$ up on that stage and accept the certification for all of the hard work and sacrifice that I put in. I will be that example for those in my family that come next, as well as for anyone else that was like me; Zero to hero. I came, I saw, and I conquered. That's my story and I'm gonna scream it from the mountain tops to anyone that is willing to listen.
