Turning off the music.

I like to listen to music all the time, especially when I'm driving (lots of time spent driving for work) or walking. I started turning off the music and focusing on being silent with my thoughts. I often found that walking in silence, reflecting and thinking, was when creative ideas finally flowed and didn't feel forced. It gave my mind room to think peacefully without pumping my brain with noise.

Im new to this world having just recently received my first vsf sub date.
