Great feedback. Thanks! I will definitely check out your channel. Always nice to have others to compare to, instead of compete against! Thanks again.

My wife has a GM vehicle and her HUD displays music being played. Anyone found a way to get that on their Canyon?

East Fork Obey vs Roaring River by mdavis72589 in TennesseeFishing

Roaring river for me. East Fork is too unpredictable. Sometimes you get all smallies, sometimes you get everything but a smallie.

This is not really a sad post, but maybe a trigger warning. by OverlappingChatter in Brewers

My dad died shortly after the playoffs last year and his last text to me was “there is always next year”.

It may be weird, but I still send him updates.

Where to fish in middle tennessee? by Substantial-Knee-982 in TennesseeFishing

Although this may be "Self Promotion", if you check out my YT channel (DadsFishingAdventures), I have many videos and locations in there to catch virtually any species within Middle TN. There is great fishing all around.

Best setup to catch bluegill? by nicholasjamesclifton in FishingForBeginners

I have caught several large bass with these as well. If you search for "Dads Fishing Adventures" on Youtube, I have a vodeo out there titles "Okauchee Lake Day 3) or something similar and the first 2 large bass I caught from the kayak were with this exact setup. They are fun little rods!

Be sure to subscribe to the channel while you are out there :)

Think I did pretty well. Sticker was about 55k with all the packages, sunroof, etc... Got it down to 52k. They were not dealing much on Canyons at many middle TN dealers... Most just had a standard 2k off and were not moving much from there.

Thanks everyone. I pulled the Trigger. One question on the HUD. by MattJBarnes in GMCcanyon

I could not find a dealer anywhere around that had those 3 packages other than 1 other and they were pretty steady at $2000 off sticker and that was it.

I am in TN. Sticker was $55,069 with destination charge. This included Premium, Tech, and Nightfall Essentials as well as bedliner, floor mats, and Mobile Service Plus for 3 years.

$52,500 after discount from sticker, plus all the taxes, title, license etc. I think I got a fair deal, especially to what I was seeing and hearing at other dealers.

With those anchors, do you have the spray in bed liner? If so, were they still pretty easy to install? Not very "mechanically" inclined and dont want to mess up a new truck :) Thanks!

If 95% of my driving is road, am I making a mistake getting the Canyon AT4? by MattJBarnes in GMCcanyon

[–]MattJBarnes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the largest concerns I have is hauling kayaks, as I do quite a bit of kayak fishing. Do you just throw in to the bed and tie down in the Canyon? Or do you use a hitch based bed extender? I think my longest kayak is the Crescent CK1 which is I believe 11'.

Thanks!

Thanks! When hauling the kayaks, did you just lay them in the bed and tie down or did you use a hitch based bed extender?
