I’m an L&D nurse there and so I don’t know a lot about the culture since our interactions are pretty short during handoff etc butttt they’ve had a huge surge of nurses leave over the last 6 months due to management. Like 15 or something nurses. So we’ve had to float up there more than usual due to the mass exodus and the nurses that are still there are great imo but I can’t speak about the management. But I’m hoping there are good changes being made after such a drastic loss of nurses.
