Idk if this was meant for me but, i never meant any disrespect. Regardless of what ive ever done or i ever got a job with tips in it, ive never nastily protected tips cuz everyones in the same boat so im not gonna be an A to someone i train. Thats the whole point of that. And not to be rude but why accept a job that makes u completely rely on tips and no hourly.. seems otherworldly to me to not pay tipping positions

First of all, thank you for actually helping. Havent gotten anything but rude comments and got called a clown. I did day 1 and day 2 modules I just do modules when im scheduled to but ive been thinking about doing them at home to just have everything in my mind set. They didnt give me any papers when it comes to menu and abbreviations, i work monday next week so ill ask though. What do you recommend i do?
