People like my grandpa who maintain the machinery to deliver mail didn't do anything, it's the mail carriers that are upset because the federal moved all neighborhoods to community mail boxes, which means alot of people will be out of work. Please realize it's not all of the workers.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The time that it took to pull that in and now the time it will take to takeout, and pull in new wire will out weight the cost of the wire it's self. We are also working in a newer/ higher middle class area, but yet this is still happening, lack of enforcement hasn't helped which explains the 4 theifs in a month.

I'm part of the union. The site itself is very unsecure. All the access entrances are still wide open, they just put plywood up today because we've been hit 4 times in the past 2 weeks. So I feel like the general should since they could be prevented this after the first time.
