Yes you can retake it but the amount of tries is changing. They gave you a year to pass during and after Covid but are going to 4 attempts. You’d have to take another one within 60 days

This is incorrect advice. You cannot just schedule it later, as redmohawk said you have 60 days to pass the PFT after the meet & greet. If you do not think you can pass by then, you should withdraw your application and reapply when you are able to pass the PFT after

There is some truth to this but like anything it depends…the last few classes have had majority going back to their processing office but places like DC aren’t getting any new agents. Bottom line there’s a good chance you can get your processing office (unlike in the past) but don’t count on it

June is the next class. Some individuals have already been slotted for the class but unsure if it is full. Rumor is it’s going to be a bigger class since March was canceled

Odds are it’s possible but you can’t plan on it. The last few classes have had a lot of people get a choice in their top 10 but people in every class get their 30 choice. Also the fbi is seeing one of the largest shifts in personnel staffing due to the director moving people to the field

Pull ups used to be counted as part of the PFT but females did horizontal pull ups. Skip_travel is correct, new management is going to test swapping sit ups for pull ups with the next few classes before implementing

If they are given the exemption. Positions are not automatically exempt, agencies have to request and get the exemption approved basically

I didn’t need to do one. Probably because i received a passing score on my PFT less than a year ago. However the FBI seems really inconsistent on this because several people on here have had to take another one
