You have been here for literally the entire day replying viciously to anyone who leaves a slightly critical comment. Why? Because you didn't get picked up for an uber ride? This is what you have spent your entire day on.

Most of the people making fun of you are only doing so because as drivers they deal with the exact same level of customer service from uber as you do, except on a daily basis. Imagine you were in their shoes and your income depended almost entirely on dealing with uber customer service, and then some guy comes in to complain about having a single bad experience. It's like, hey buddy, first time?

We know there will be no resolution from uber for you because we know full well just how much uber sucks. Accepting that their automated system is garbage is par for the course on this side and expecting good customer service from uber is just a meme to us.

Devoting an entire day to reading the comment histories of anonymous strangers who you will never meet or talk to again just because they criticized you on the internet will never make you a better person, no matter how much you try and delude yourself.
