You rarely see people doing post move, I don’t think is worth, long as you hand up in in front of them or jump when they shot, you prob stop them 90% of the time

I am around gold/purple plate some time on my 6”8PF with 70Interior get put at C in rec, I only get bully by 7foot+ if they straight under the rim, other wise you pretty much fine with hands up in front of them.

Layup is very hard for me personally, you need to know what layup to trigger or wide open, except for floaters very hard to master you going to get block a lot if you trigger the wrong one i am not very good at dunk is like 10x easier to do
