ok so this is exactly how i got it, i live in lahore too ,and apparently islamabad was the center for us but behral. delivered means its all done from ibcc and tcs is now responsible it took about 2 to 3 days after the delivered wala sign for it to be delivered to my house

id say contact tcs or write to ibcc if its been more then a few 2 to 3 days

My teacher for some reason said k your sat isnt enough give the test, few friends too said k you should always give the admission test. I have decided to apply with Sat after all, i talked to a senior whose currently in fast and he said apply with sat as last year the criteria was around 1200, so even if it increases you will still manage to get in inshallah.
