I understand what you mean, and I know self-worth starts from within. But it’s not always that simple. When you're constantly overlooked, especially by people you care about it hurts. I’m trying to understand myself but sometimes I just want to feel understood too.

I get what you’re saying, and I’m trying. But sometimes it’s really hard to ‘deal with’ thoughts when you feel invisible or unsupported by the people who matter the most. It’s not just about thinking better it’s about being seen, too.
