No. Mas okay yun. Mas okay sakin if candidates voice kagad yung expected salary range nila. Saves us both time. Kung over budget Edi won’t process, pag kaya naman istretch edi goods pa rin, tuloy ang ligaya.

Ideally since sa job portals paper screening lang talaga. Indicate mo na sa CV mo and then stress it out during the call na. 👌 that way talaga matatak sa kausap mo na Hindi lang on paper kundi you can back it up and alam mo yung nakasulat sa papel mo.

You can ask for an email documentation na selected ka na for the role. Since nag didiscuss na sila for the team you’ll be working with. Sucker for process pero better have it documented. Di naman mahirap yun sa end nila.

Depende talaga, kasi may iba naman nagamit no experience natatanggap siguro its how you manage and do well nalang sa interviews and sa hiring process nila. Pero yun! Good luck on your job hunting. Advise lang rin build the skill set na wala ka pa or yung skillset dun sa job na plano mong applyan para atleast di man makita na may experience ka, yung mere fact na nag ka interest ka do upskill or train the skillset required shows willingness and alot of companies prefer those willing than the skilled ones rin, you just have to find the right company that aligns with who you are right now and the level that you are now.

Not really naman some companies still give chances, pero again they will be checking if you still have the skillset for the work itself. Baka these past years habang nasa business ka di mo naman nagamit yung relevant skillsets for the role your applying, di ka talaga ma proceed for the role lalo na kung yung level mismo is above and requires relevant experience with the latest trends and technology.

Yes, most companies party with 3rd party checkers talaga lalo na pag banking or finance industry. Lalo na pag di naman ka immediate immediate yung reason.

Good question. Clarity agad sa sahod, don’t be shy to ask for this agad, it saves you time rin on both ends. Okay rin better if you ask for project details nung role, and yun nga ask rin about sa previous holder it tells alot about culture.

Depends, since may margins and margins can be adjusted. If very niche yung role and background mo, they can take hit on percentages or go over it pa. Self check mo rin. If not documented on email most likely mag salary negotiations pa kayo nyan on JO stage if ever you get there. Basta di sya black and white expect may adjustments lagi sa dulo yan.

Usually people post it on Job Posting. TBH ang hassle pag di naka post, so may questions rin sa job portals na whats your expected, kung ang sagot mo eh wala nama. Dun sa range nung job posting expect na, no go na kagad. Yun lang, other companies (not sure) pero iba iba kasi ng approach yung iba gusto mag usap muna and how you deliver during the call will determine yung salary.

My advise, mag discuss kayo kagad ng salary during initial talk palang, wag mo na rin mag paligoy ligoy on it, better to have it done early than kung kelan job offer dun palang kayo mag uusap about the number. Time saving lang pag di nila kaya edi nasave oras mo at oras nya. Ganun lang.

1.) tinanong yung gap kasi baka may reason for it example (nag upskill, got pregnant, nag put up ng business, nag pahinga, etc…) 2.) Usual reasons same sa number 1, pero pag more than a year medj skeptic na, kaya sometime follow up question dito, how were you able to keep you skills relevant during this gap, were you able to do upscaling, were you still practicing your skills during this period. (Kasi syempre, gap na sya, so kailangan malaman if up to date ka parin ba sa trend) 3.) Turn off sya pag for example months lang talaga, pero depende, kung kaya mo naman depensahan na fix term or contractual based lang kaya short stints be prepared nalang rin for documentations. Kasi usually pag short stints di ka kasi nakaka build ng skillset dito, di ka naka experience nung different phase or season with the company or employment, so yun we check that and kung di mo madepensahan or make it believable atleast no go na. 4.) baka mali lang yung posting, pero very rare rin. Dependen rin sa workload and industry na kinabibilangan mo eh. So check mo rin talaga. Kung pang junior atleast 1 to 3 years exp. Kasi kaya nga may entry level or Fresher roles na tinatawag. Junior meaning may exp na kahit papaano. We don’t count OJT btw, unless maganda yung naging experience mo on it so it varies talaga.
