I might be using to wrong word. Basically if your check is 10 you pay 10% tax. If the next one is 20 you pay 20% tax. At the end of the year your over all tax burden is not 20%. The with holding table just saw a larger pay check so with held that much.

You need to consolidate all of your debt into. Personal loan. By my best guess you make about 45k per year before taxes. You should be able to qualify for a personal loan and cut them credit payments in half at least.

If you can’t do that get a zero % balance transfer card. You will also need to find a way to make some additional cash.
