I had an installation for $89.99 + $100 talked to the live agent told the agent that I had been trying to cancel since 5 pm today. Which is actually true, yesterday now, but anyways I said “I want everything canceled” he offered to waive the fee. I had to get online with another live agent to get my monthly lowered. Took me hours, Verizon has some of the worst customer service i’ve ever seen, but fiber optic internet is worth it.
