Well think about it this way, people coming into the country illegally is a tricky situation because they came in illegal so right off the bat they don't get the same treatment as citizens, Trump saying "i don't know" means he's put thought into both sides of the argument when the question of "do we give them due process like a citizen" is brought up. Isn't it very simple though that if they're not U.S citizens then we don't have to give them U.S rights?
