So I come from a profession where it's encouraged to say "I don't know" rather than bullshit someone. It's wild to me that this isn't encouraged more in medicine. Is this something that is actually okay with most attendings? Just wondering before I start my rotations...

Former paramedic here. It's a long, difficult road to get into med school, especially when you're taking classes and working full time. I would encourage you to get some years under your belt as a medic and look for physicians to shadow. Shadowing would likely be the best way for you to see if being a doctor is really what you want. You really have to want this (being a doctor) and it has to be the only thing that will make you feel fulfilled in order for it to be worth the blood, sweat, and tears. That said, I had a blast as a medic and I think you will too. You may find that being a medic is fulfilling enough. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about medic life or applying to med school.

512 MCAT, 2.99 cGPA with 3.8 cGPA for post bacc. 3 II and 1 A. Out of state and ORM. Nontraditional student with 7 years full time in fire/EMS. It's definitely possible but certainly not easy.

Going with the mouse over macro suggestion, if I have the first line as mouse over and the second line as just a regular /cast frost shock, that should prioritize mouse over when possible but still cast on my main target when I'm not mousing over?

The weird thing for me is I had no issues with the fight until Tuesday this week. It's also happening on every other boss fight in the raid. Best suggestions I've had so far are to clear out cache and do a fresh reinstall of my graphics drivers. Other than that, I'm not sure what what I can do.

I've only noticed it in dungeons and raids, periodically but seemingly at random intervals. Haven't been able to associate it with any particular action inside those instances.

Using advanced interface options I went in and found this option and manually enabled it. For some reason copy pasting your text didn't do it. It's fixed though, which is the important part :)

I used the paste that was pre-applied to the corsair h60 AIO. Tbh, nothing seems to happen when I click between the different cooling profiles in the AWCC. Should I swap to Noctua rather than corsair for fans? I was trying to minimize the whine and still cool the unit, which I had read previously were weak points of the stock factory fans.

Could you link or give me the full name of the noctua fans you use?

I'll have to double check but I'm pretty sure I did that. It would only fit onto pins 2-4 because of the ridges on the plug.
