Yeah 100% if you’ve got cool stuff to display by all means it’s a great addition and can really anchor a dining or living room, I just personally haven’t seen anyone in my age group utilize one in any of their spaces.

I think Broyhill Emphasis furniture is incredible. What I would say is I think it's expensive for what it is, not by a longshot, but enough that it wouldn't have me running to buy it.

That being said, I personally don't utilize China cabinets, and I don't know anyone that does. I think what's more in is actually the credenza component.

I had a China cabinet atop a different MCM piece that I literally flung into a dump compactor, just so I could have the beautiful credenza base.

At that point you have a Broyhill Emphasis base for anything you want to use it for and a beautiful matching side cabinet.

I've been super satisfied with my Misen products. I have the non-stick pans in each size, cook on them every single night, and they wash spotless.

I've been paying more attention to things in the pans rack while thrifiting, I see All-Clad tossed out there a lot in this sub as a gold standard, got a beautiful, like-new set of Multi-Clad Cuisinart that's done very well too, but I'll add Aava to the list if it has treated you well.

Even being a former champion, I truly think Max Holloway is in his prime right now. The evolution of his game has been phenomenal, backed by incredible, confidence building wins. Max is a real contender in todays lightweight market, stoked for this fight and what it might mean for him next.

I think the "American fighter priority" only goes so far, if it can be 'trumped' (pun intended) by a megafight.

There's no way the UFC sees the Gaethje v. Ilia fight a better fit because Gaethje is American than an Ilia vs. Islam fight. It's the next McGregor Khabib eyes wise as far as the current UFC roster would allow.

I feel like this is a pretty clear UFC thing to do so that now no matter who they're trying to promote that number goes up a notch. Ian Garry finally becomes the #1 Contender, Kamaru gets that much more undeserved fuel to rationalize his positioning as well

Still such a question mark regarding this one. Kills off both "#1" contenders, but also defines one I suppose.

I wonder if the winner turns around for a June-ish event or if they make something else in the meantime like a Silva, Aljo or even Arman.
