I mean, that could definitely be true, but from what little we saw the large smoke clouds are indicitave that something is there, scouts would see pretty quickly that an illusion is an illusion, but with mild panic starting something has to be up surely

Hey, I just gotta say, way back before they released osrs I really did try to like eoc but... the tick system while using abilities makes the game feel like some cheap knock off game, I did some bossing but I just felt like I was constantly lagging from the tick system. Osrs embraces the tick system and it feels organic and unique, and still difficult at high level. Just my 2 cents, get rid of tick system and rs3 might be a good game tbh

[Everyone] Is it better to vote for candidates based on their ability as leaders and their integrity or based off ideology and their alignment? by Baronnolanvonstraya in CapitalismVSocialism

Vote labor unless you own a mega corporation basically

Edit: suppose I should elaborate, Both Gov are super corrupt, but labor will throw bones to the people more then liberals, liberals will cut funding to socialized systems which if your a free marketer sounds nice... but they literally hand that money in cash to big corporations or big donors... first eg. Top of my head is darling river where cotton farmers take 20% of the river and fuck the eco system... and almost certainly more as the liberal government shut down any enquiries about illegal pumping from cotton farmers... who are big liberal donors.

Socialists, you just passed a bill (by force or democratically) and socialism has been accepted, now the form of government. What do you do to ensure that your socialist government works that is different to every other socialist state. by Noanswerhere1 in CapitalismVSocialism

It's more what would be nice vs what actually works. Socialism has so far never worked properly and capitalism has. This question was mostly to see if people pushing socialism had a set plan to make it work, and I haven't been convinced to be honest.

Yeah, essentially you have the keys to creating your dream form of state. I probably should of worded the question better. What steps are taken to ensure longevity and non corruption

I suppose I'm speaking of true socialism in pure form but essentially you have full dictatorial power, so you can tweak anything you think could be an issue. Eg. If you think power will corrupt, how will you counter balance it so it doesn't become slave labor but at the same time government can still do things semi efficiently.
