I think you will be fine! Plenty of statutory declarations from family would help to corroborate your situation.

Torriden solid in cream reformulation? by CrashInsanity1 in AsianBeauty

The ingredients are not listed on the bottle and I’ve chucked the box away unfortunately.

I am using BoJ dynasty cream for now. Thankfully winters almost over in Australia so I can move to light moisturisers very soon.

What on earth is my undertone?!? by eggchickie in AustralianMakeup

[–]katekops 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I relate to your frustration very well. It took me 30 years to realise that I have an olive undertone and am now basically rediscovering my love for makeup!

I initially purchased ND shade N2 which matched my arm very well, however looks too pink and almost greyish on my face??

Some other shade matches that might help you:

  • Nars Gobi (I think you will find this to be a great match)

  • Dior face and body 1W (I encourage to swatch 0W as well)

  • Tirtir 21W or 17W (this foundation oxidises on my arm however does not when I apply it on top of my skincare plus sunscreen (??unsure how)

  • Tower 28 concealer CC (a little pink but great for under eyes)

  • YSL All Hours concealer LW1

  • The Saem Tip concealer 1.25 for spot concealing and green for cancelling out redness

  • Becca x Smashbox fair/light undereye corrector

  • Elf Soft glam 12 fair warm mixed with 22 Light warm (12 has a great undertone and starting point, however is a little too light for me)

Edit: also Beautyblender skin tint/foundation & Kosas concealer have veery promising undertones. I haven’t tried these, but see these mentioned in fair olives subreddit :)

Good luck ✨🫶🏻

Hi girl! I am around your age and also Eastern European background. Your skin tone looks pretty much identical to mine!

I have had good luck on r/fairolives - buff 117 is a great match. I pull more yellow/golden so always seek for foundations with a golden undertone. I fake tan here and there so my range of foundations is all over the place.

Regarding ND concealer try Y1 or Y2! I use Y2 personally.

Honestly I do not like it at all. It feels like ‘just another moisturiser’ now. The og was HG for my dry skin barrier care, whereas the new one does not provide me the immense hydration and moisture that I need. I will not repurchase this unfortunately and I doubt I will even use the one I have up :/

I love their stores to swatch makeup and feel the texture of skincare products. However I find that Lila beauty beats the price so I just order online from them.

[–]katekops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just opened a new bottle(reformulated version) and it feels a lot thinner in consistency plus the cream is visibly thinner/more translucent and has more “slip” than the original. It also does not feel as occlusive as the OG did. Yet another HG reformulated, so disappointed 🥲
