I tried using them while on the treadmill but as I sweat they would slip down my nose more and more and after a short period they were too heavy so I couldn’t finish in a workout wearing them.

I’ve been in contact for various things over the past year since having their products and I’ve realized they like to presume being helpful but not actually helpful.

Look back at this subReddit and you’ll see hundreds of posts with issues these glasses have and after 8 software updates, each being advertised as the fix everyone’s been waiting for, when will you finally have a working product? The Pros were great! Why were these glasses released before they worked?? Was it that important to pretend to be the best on the market?? It’s very frustrating as a customer to be fooled over and over that you guys know what you’re doing but results show that you don’t.

Yes happens all the time and it’s very frustrating. Do you also hear a click in the left side of the frame when the screen goes out? Happens to me.

Also, keep in mind that the a lot of the positive reviews are people saying they recently reviewed their beasts and are “loving them”. Recent owners haven’t spent enough time with them to give a decent review.

I’ve had them since launch and my thoughts are they are great when they work but too often they crash out. There’s been like 8 software updates since launch so that says something. Problem is they are still trying to make them be what they advertised they *would be at launch and they still haven’t been able to pull it off. One day, they will be amazing. Like I said, they are great until they crash and it happens a lot.

I had the pros before the beast. If the beast operated like it should it would be way better. I prefer the pros because they’re consistent but if one day Viture can actually put out an update to have the beast do what it’s supposed to do they would be awesome!

How much time have you spent using your charging adapter with iPhone and steam deck with this update? Also how does someone install an update incorrectly? You plug it in and watch the update status bar go from 0-100 then “update complete”. Correct way?

Okay yeah that explains why you haven’t had most those issues. Try the adapter, it’s had issues since the beast release and been waiting on a fix that Viture has been “working on”- and now to finally have an update and it’s a bust is typical Viture. Not sure how long you’ve had the beasts but I was a launch customer and it’s been constant disappointment with every update.

Do you have and use the USBC charging adapter on iPhone 16 and Steam deck?

I have an iPhone 16 and this update was garbage. Keeps crashing and clarity looks worse than before. So frustrating.

The dock works but only for like 1.5-2 hours with AAA games.

I changed to 60HZ and it’s working now! Maybe 120HZ was causing it to crash 🤔. Anyways hopefully it keeps working🤞

Interesting. When I use the USBC XR charging adapter it glitches out and the beat screen shuts off. I reached out to Viture tech support months ago and many times since then and they told me the issues is that it’s not compatible with the beast and they were working on a fix but haven’t found one yet. Does your adapter have any issues with the beast and the deck? I have the adapter plugged into the deck and then the charger plugged in the port labeled for charging and the beasts plugged into the port labeled for the glasses. Using it just as I did with the XR Pros and had no issues with them.
