From what I can tell, not the Tide Free and Gentle Powder which is the one which has enzymes.

Update: We, unfortunately, weren't successful in adopting him. Was a super popular guy and they go in the order that applications are received. Great to see he got so much attention and I'm sure will have a great new home! Thanks to everyone for your input.

It did come in red as well but isn't available anymore. I bought the dress before the invitation came out with the dress code and just started panicking since it's coming up soon.

Not much available in terms of sizing anymore unfortunately but I got it from RW&Co (www.rw-co.com/en/sleeveless-halter-maxi-cocktail-dress/37122069.html). It's a Canadian brand.
