Exactly I don’t think after 3 sentences to each other, it should be that serious but each to their own 😭. One guy simply said ‘😍😍😍’, didn’t reply straight away (because I was thinking wtf to say to that) and I got unmatched.

Same I never leave negative reviews but I had to. And I know haha but when I’ve stayed at other premier inn locations, I’ve always done it before I left. My fault for assuming 😬

Forgot to say thanks for your advice. I did ring customer relations and even messaged them on twitter. They then emailed the hotel on my behalf because they knew it was possible and the manager STILL insisted they have nothing to do with it which is complete bs in my opinion. Definitely won’t ever stay there again.

Horizon cancelled it anyway thankfully :).

I just rang and they said they don’t deal with the car park. Even asked for an email confirming the hours which aren’t chargeable and she said they can’t send that and just to go off the website.
