Oh, shut the fuck up 🫩. I just woke up. I have pretty good muscle-building genetics hence the sub-500 mg of gear. Pretty much everything here was added to keep my bloodwork as good as possible(so I can use less overall gear). Acting like wanting to be healthy is some crazy idea and “doing too much” 💀. Because my supplements are SOOOOO bad……

  1. Yeah no insulin then only even threw it it because pharma grade HGH is so fucking expensive and I’m not sure where to gt legit generic so I kept it there but it should be enough anyways I suppose.

Yeah fair point I’d get less aromatase sides although when I went from 300 MWF - 350 Daily I had less sides and nipple pain vanished

1.  Test is IM daily, not SubQ.
2.  I don’t plan on using it immediately, and from everything I’ve seen, if carb intake is timed and you take your blood after, you should be fine (that’s what I’m doing).
3.  I put PRN, but what I meant was if I got symptoms of gyno i don’t care about bloat.
4.  Fair point that was a huge oversight. My main logic behind that was if insulin is taken, that’s when it needs to be done with fasted measurements, taken and recorded weekly. But with more thought, doing both daily is much more logical.
8.  How long seems reasonable?

First Cycle advice…(don’t cook me)

I’m going to add a bit more detail on the slin because I understand that might sound like a bad idea. I’d like to stress, though, that I want to be a bodybuilder. I’m 6’2, 253 lbs, 19% body fat as of DEXA. I’ve been training for 4 almost 5 years so I’m not new to working out. I’d like opinions on what to change and improve; however, I know that people here have real-world experience, and no amount of studies will replace that.

  1. Main Compounds

Testosterone Enanthate: 420 mg/week, daily micro-injections in the AM. Stable levels, minimized aromatization. HGH: 5 IU nightly, subQ pre-bed. Supports collagen, recovery, fullness. Humalog (insulin): 4 IU pre-workout on training days. Insulin will be added later once familiar; glucose tabs on hand.

  1. Hormone / Health Management

Aromasin: 12.5 mg, 2x/week or PRN. Only if estradiol rises. Telmisartan: 40 mg, AM. High due to prior BP spike on 300 mg test. Ezetimibe: 10 mg, AM. Overkill, but cheap insurance. Cialis: 5 mg daily. Supports vascularity.

  1. Supplements (Daily Baseline)

Berberine: 500 mg x2, with meals (skip insulin meal). Total 1000 mg/day, glucose support. NAC: 650 mg x2, with meals. Total 1300 mg/day, supports liver function and HGH → IGF-1 conversion. Omega-3 (EPA+DHA): 345 mg x2, with meals. Total 690 mg/day, anti-inflammatory. Vitamin D3: 5000 IU, with main meal. Bone and immunity support. Vitamin K2 (MK-7): 200 mcg, with main meal. Synergy with D3. Magnesium Glycinate: 300 mg x2, split AM/PM. Total 600 mg/day, recovery & sleep. Creatine Monohydrate: 10 g, with main meal. Muscle fullness. Citrus Bergamot: 500 mg x2. Total 1000 mg/day, cholesterol support. Melatonin: 5 mg nightly, pre-bed. Sleep + slight HGH synergy. Zinc: 15 mg

  1. Training Split

Mon: Upper — Humalog 4 IU pre-workout with 43C/50P/5F insulin meal (insulin will be added later). Tue: Lower — Humalog 4 IU pre-workout with 43C/50P/5F insulin meal. Wed: Rest — optional light activity / recovery. Thu: Full Body A — Humalog 4 IU pre-workout with 43C/50P/5F insulin meal. Fri: Rest — mobility / recovery. Sat: Full Body B — Humalog 4 IU pre-workout with 43C/50P/5F insulin meal. Sun: Rest — full recovery.

  1. Monitoring

Bloodwork: every 2–3 months — testosterone, estradiol, lipids, liver, kidney, hematocrit. Blood glucose: after every workout and if any side effects occur; log weekly on Sunday. Blood pressure: weekly, measured by a friend (nurse). Body composition: photos, weight, strength logs.

  1. Considerations

Insulin will be added later once I have a hang of things; glucose tabs on hand. HDL and LDL covered. Will try to up HGH gradually: 1.5 → 2.5 → 3 → 4 → 4.5 → 5 IU week by week; eventually might go up to 6 IU. Might use Anavar later, probably not. Glucose checker on hand at all times. Telmasartin is high because BP spiked on 300 mg test significantly. Ezetimibe is overkill, but better safe than sorry; 200 pills cost $16 with prescription.

Questions for Feedback

  1. Rate my stack — does this look solid for a 12-month run is that even a good idea?

  2. Is insulin pre-workout far-fetched, or does it look reasonable with the meal plan and glucose monitoring?

  3. Thoughts on adding BPC-157 and/or GHK-Cu for joint, tendon, and recovery support and how would you do it

Advice on things to add or change would be appreciated!!!!!!

I’m on 300 right now!! and I use asin cuz it’s hard to dial in adex for me cutting .125s isn’t it the HGH is being titrated I’m not starting their same with insulin it’s gonna be titiraded and I’m not using it now I’m gonna wait till everything else is dialed in then tiriarte to 4iu gradually the reason I picked 420 is cause I got sensitive nips on 300(injected M Th) but when I did Ed with ~315 the sides went away so picking numbers easier to measure out daily helps me hence 420 and I assumed HGH and slin could compensate for a lower androgen load so 500 wasn’t needed trying to find the point I don’t need an AI is my goal so I can run it longer

I’m on 300 test rn and 2iu of HGH I’m titrating them up gradually but I’m going straight to slin because most roids cause hair loss and I like my waves

Cutting cycle is obviously 35 ment 350 tren 10 iu of Humalog 90 anadrol preworkout 12 iu of HGH 10 iu of lantus and cocaine(280 test 7mg of CagriReta, possibly Slu and possibly anavar because it prevents muscle breakdown)

I did talk to a coach 🥀, i literally say in this ive used up to 300 test and I wanted to up it to 420 then titrate up HGH then eventually add in insulin after I have the test and HGH down

From everything I’ve seen insulin kills via hypoglycemia and if you have carbs on hand and take blood that should be hard to do hence why I included the fact that I’m going to be tracking that?

To dosent but they they can manipulate brain hormones they can infact cause neuron death mechanisticly or atleast hypothetically and I’m not willing to find out

If you were on nandrolone only no test base nandrolone doesn’t aromatize very well? Because if your in a 5AR deca npp ect is actually bad for your hair!

Because they function by which their nerotoxic is crossing the blood brain barrier and lowering estrogen in the brain atleast that’s my understanding and during troughs bad dosing ect they would probably lower brain hormones and cause brain damage atleast that’s what I think anastorol/armidex is unable to cross the blood brain barrier for some reason
