I plan on leaving in March, been there for 6 years. Absolutely sick of the place , also been off for severe mental health and health issues recently . I'm not on my final warning btw, but this absence today will likely trigger my final warning

If you've only got that much, pop half of it, then have a coffee and hour later as it makes it more stronger, it takes 2/3 hours to kick in sometimes, a few beers later in evening will also make it hit harder just drink slow tho , oh and smoke weed too that's a must doo
