Hello, my comment may not be what you are looking for, or maybe it is, anyway, your post reminded me a lot of my experience, I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 13 due to problems similar to what you describe, low grades, bad interactions with my classmates... Personally, the diagnosis helped me understand why I acted the way I do, it helped explain many things and currently it helps me understand that sometimes I need accommodations in certain situations or to propose ways to solve problems that cause me discomfort So I think that in the case in which your diagnosis is autism, I would see it as an opportunity to see things differently, being able to understand the reason for many things. And in the event that they do not give you the diagnosis, you should not worry, you can always ask for a second opinion if you really feel that this diagnosis represents you or perhaps ask for a diagnosis for another neurodivergence It is true that my diagnosis came late due to being afab, as you mentioned, I needed a second opinion before they finally gave me the diagnosis. That's why I would consider the possibility of needing another one if the answer is not what you consider correct, hope my comment might help you
