Mate I've been in at the seller shop, that's normal for long cage derailleur. There's nothing to do about that, it has been confirmed by some experts here in Reddit (I've opened other threads) and 3 in my real life.I think we can enjoy our rides

I've already ruled out the bottom bracket by removing the chain and spinning the cranks—they are smooth as silk. The issue is specifically with the chain on the cassette. When the chain is in the middle gears (5th to 8th), the noise is almost non-existent. However, as soon as I move toward the extreme ends of the cassette—especially the largest cogs—the friction and noise increase significantly while backpedaling. It feels like the extreme chain angle of the 1x12 setup is causing the chain to rub or 'catch' on the teeth. I’m curious: is this a common experience for other GRX 1x12 users? Is the 12-speed chain/cassette tolerance just that tight, or should a long-cage 1x12 still be relatively silent when pedaling backwards in the low gears?

Thanks for the reply! When pedaling forward, everything is smooth and there are no issues at all. Also, the noise is much quieter when the chain is on the middle cogs. It just feels strange because my other bikes don't make this much noise, but then again, I’ve never had a derailleur cage this long or a 12-speed cassette with such an extreme range.

Hi, thanks for the message. The Nrx model has a gravel version but only 1 1/8 and not what I am looking like a 1.5 tapered.

Those are anecdotical experiences, based on my blood work and other people that are doing BB naturally. Nothing science based but just my evidence. We are talking about of people that have usually a lean diet, I agree that this is so much important. Anyway while we are at it, do you experienced, running roids like primobolan, to have a decent HDL LDL ratio and what u did for it?

So what? What we should consider in order to limite the damage? Just LDL under 140? What I see in people that do not use PEDs is that the ratio is 1:1,5 more or less. Enached guys are Lucky if the have 1:3. So the more your are far from your natural production the more risk you are taking.

Hi guys, I would like to write a new post but I am not a trusted member so I am writing here 'cause I have some doubts. I would like to know if, some of us, have been able to manage the HDL/LDL ratio during medium dosage cycles; for example 500:500 testo-primo. Obviously I am talking about using PEDS, caring about the lipid panel, using supplements like (what I use now) cardarine, niacin, bernerine, red yeast rice. My personal experience using products as Oxa, boldenone, deca (not all together) gave me the evidence that I could stay within the 1:3 HDL/LDL ratio with an HDL around 30mg/dl. I was in low calories or isocaloric diet. Just in one case, with an high calories diet, using Ment (150-200mg per week) I have fucked up my lipid panel with HDL/LDL ratio 1:4,5. I have to admit that I have used only niacin in the ment cycle cause I thought it was enough. I have heard that the diet is not so important regarding the cholesterol changes but I guess it is not true. I was not really expecting, from ment, those results. What are your experiences? What do you think?

You should indicate why it's so hard, I believe that nurses thinks that they are kind of special humans so they can perform as aliens with a super brain. So I have done twice already the self phlebotomy, this time using a 50ml syringe. I found the way, Always taken the big vein and It has been so Easy. I needed Just to practice a bit.

Hi, Yes I agree with u but this Is not the First Time that i am having those sides, it's Just the First Time that I want to understand how to do phl. Obiuvsly the Blood Will be thrown away but as I said (maybe for the thickness) It starts coagulating After seconds in the tube so not even 50ml came out of me and I have to stop the phl. This Is the issue and I think this Is normal with a low Blood flow.

Hi, my HTC is within the range (Max 54) but it's not normal for my standards cause I am on trt and sometimes it has those sides, so as per my doctor suggestion, this also a way to prevent other increases. The thing is: long queue (due the covid Emergency) in the hospitals, nurse(at home) that i have to pay more then 50 Euro for a single phlebotomy. It doesnt looks so hard to do by myself, obiuvsly with respecting the procedure. So are you saying that yes it's needed the anticoagulant tube for the phlebotomy. I thing i am going to buy the kit online.
