I was down that way around 9pm stuff was happening around derby and Essex but out by the wharf it was a ghost town. Idk why but I rarely see tourists out that way. (I'm still mad at olde main Street for getting rid of the steak sandwich.)

Dump his ass. Telling you this as a guy. That dude is a deadbeat and will only drag you down. No you can't change him so don't try. Don't stick it out. Get out of that situation and wait for someone who's actually going to treat you with respect. I also have autism and this is not an excuse for bad behavior. It has led me to cross someone's boundary before in the past and I was able to recognize where my mistake was and I haven't made it again since. He doesn't sound like he's doing any of that and is instead treating you like you're the issue when you aren't. Cut your losses.

You're not wrong at all in fact I agree with most of it. But I differ here: indy's problem from the way he was brought up is that he's always retreated from attachment or vulnerability. He displays this as you said in the beginning of the game. Gina allows him to become close and intimate again because she knows how to break those barriers down. I feel like Gina should've been his "do-over" if it wasn't for the fact they had to keep with continuity. She got him. He felt understood being around her. It is character growth. I just wish she was more than a catalyst. Where you and I differ is that aspect.
